Booking Information
Arrival and departure
Arrival: Your room or apartment will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance. Early check-in is possible depending on availability.
Departure & Check-out: On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM. If you wish to spend more time in Ischgl, we will gladly check on-site whether a late check-out is possible.

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Changes and errors excepted.
Pets
Out of consideration for other guests and allergy sufferers, we kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed at Hotel Garni Austria.

Online Check-In
Online check-in within 24 hours prior to arrival: To make your arrival as smooth and convenient as possible, we kindly ask you to complete the online check-in within 24 hours before your arrival. You will receive the link via email with your booking confirmation. This allows us to prepare everything for you in advance – so you can start your holiday relaxed and stress-free.
Local tax
Local tax: € 4.00 per person and night (for guests aged 15 and older)
Parking
- Outdoor parking: €10.00 per night and car (advance reservation required).
- Garage parking: Public underground parking spaces are available within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, subject to availability. The indicative rate is approximately € 15.00 per car for 24 hours.
Cancellation, Insurance & General Terms and Conditions of Hospitality (AGBH)
Flexible and transparent cancellation policies – so you can plan your booking worry-free.
Cancellation of your booking: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Please send us an email including your name, booking number, arrival date, and reason for cancellation. Make sure all information is complete so we can process your request quickly.
Cancellation conditions and important notes: Plans sometimes change, and a holiday may unfortunately need to be cancelled or ended early. The statutory right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply here. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Cancellation fees
- Free of charge up to 90 days before arrival*
- 40% fee for cancellations from 90 to 30 days before arrival
- 70% fee for cancellations from 30 to 7 days before arrival
- 90% fee in the last week before arrival
- 100% fee for early departure
Processing: For every booking, transaction fees are charged by payment service providers. In the event of a cancellation, these fees unfortunately must be passed on to you. This fee amounts to 5% of the amount paid by card and applies even for free cancellations up to 90 days before arrival.
Rebookings: Important note – rebookings are always treated as cancellations. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation costs: Cancellation fees are not covered by the hotel. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

- Invoicing and payment processing for your stay at Hotel Garni Austria are handled by our parent company, Elizabeth Arthotel GmbH.
- This applies to both deposit payments and remaining balances. Please note that bank details and payment confirmations will reference Elizabeth Arthotel GmbH.
- Details regarding the required deposit and payment deadlines can be found in your booking confirmation.
Booking Guarantee – Deposit: • A 90% deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining balance is to be paid on-site. The deposit can be made via bank transfer or online payment using VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX.

As a guest at Hotel Garni Austria, you benefit from a 15% discount on rental prices at the X-Rental Store directly opposite the Pardatschgratbahn in the Elizabeth Arthotel – perfect for anyone travelling light but still wanting to be well equipped for the slopes. Opening hours in winter are daily from 8.15 a.m. to 6.15 p.m.
